I intended to chronicle my "year of living danishly." It has been 2 1/2 years and I am just beginning to understand and learn about my time there now that I am back on US soil. Here are my reflections on living there, and, now here in SD with the love of my life and my son, 2 Danes (the little one only 1/2) and my observations and perceptions of the cultural differences. I am an American citizen. My biggest wish as a young girl was to have an interesting life and for certain I got my wish.
